FOR MENTEES
First time attendees and returning students will be assigned a mentor who has attended several
IEEE ICC conferences and/or with a mentor who has been in the field for many years.
Your mentor will assist you in deciding which sessions are best for you to attend, how to navigate the program and answer your questions about the field. Mentors will be assigned a mentee, given their contact information and are required to contact them prior to the conference and meet at the conference.

FOR MENTORS
You are eligible to become a mentor if you have attended at least 3 IEEE ICC conferences in the past 6 years and have worked full time (not as a student) for past 5 years.
