For all authors, if your registration confirmation number is eleven digits, please add "ICC15" at the end for uploading your paper(s) in EDAS.
For questions on registration please contact Wei Liu, Registration Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org
Workshop Authors (deadline for final paper upload extended to Friday, 27th March):
To upload final papers for workshops, you must register for the workshop at the registration link above. If you have already registered for the conference, you can add the workshop registration. Note that you are not permitted to use a conference registration or a complimentary registration of any kind to upload papers. Please remember to add “ICC15” at the end of any 11-digit registration code and use this for the paper upload in EDAS.
The Registration Centre will be located at the ICC in ExCeL London.
All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.
Hours of operation for the Registration and Information Desks will be:
|Sunday||7 June||16:00 - 18:00|
|Monday||8 June||08:00 - 19:00|
|Tuesday||9 June||08:00 - 17:00|
|Wednesday||10 June||08:00 - 17:00|
|Thursday||11 June||08:30 - 17:00|
|Friday||12 June||08:30 - 14:00|
* Photo ID required. Individuals are responsible for picking up their own Registration packages.
* No attendee will be allowed to pick up conference packages for their colleagues without prior written permission from the original registrant.
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE ICC 2015.
Authors must be registered by Friday, 27 February 2015.
Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an author account for these submissions.
PLEASE REMEMBER: At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the FULL OR LIMITED (RG01-RG06) rate even if the author is a student. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author. Please enter your EDAS paper numbers below.

The registration confirmation code you receive enables you to upload your final manuscript to the EDAS submission site. Sharing this code with anyone else is unethical and consequences apply. This EDAS Author Account must be accessed using the original submitting author log-in information.
Authors with over length papers (7th page – US$100 over length charge) should pay for these extra pages via EDAS when they upload the final versions of their accepted papers.
